This website is operated by The Little Paint Society. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to The Little Paint Society. By visiting our website and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Our products

We sell paint by numbers kits and related products. Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may vary slightly due to production, screen settings, supplier batches, and the number of paint colours selected.

Where products are available in different options, such as 24, 36 or 48 colours, the final kit may vary depending on the complexity of the design and the option chosen.

We aim to describe all products as accurately as possible, but slight variations in colour, packaging, layout or finish may occur.

3. Orders

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. Your order is only accepted once we send you an order confirmation email.

Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order, including your delivery address, email address, product options and any customisation details. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if:

the product is unavailable;
there is an error in the price or product description;
payment is not authorised;
we suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity;
we are unable to fulfil the order for reasons outside our control.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund you.

4. Prices and payment

Prices may be displayed in your local currency depending on your location, browser settings, or the market you are shopping from. The final price, currency, taxes, delivery charges and any applicable fees will be shown at checkout before you place your order.

All prices are subject to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Payment must be made at checkout using the payment methods available on our website. Your order will not be processed until payment has been successfully received.

Promotions, discount codes and offers may be changed, paused or withdrawn at any time. Discount codes cannot usually be applied retrospectively after an order has been placed.

5. Delivery

Delivery times depend on the product ordered.

All products: standard delivery is usually around 10–15 working days.

Orders are processed each working day, excluding weekends, bank holidays and any periods when our office is closed. If our office is closed for holidays, annual leave, seasonal closures or other temporary closures, this will be displayed on our website where possible. Orders placed during these times will be processed as soon as we reopen.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, customs, supplier processing times, seasonal demand or events outside our control. Unless agreed otherwise, goods must be delivered within 30 days under UK distance-selling rules.

6. Customs, duties and import charges

Some products may be shipped from overseas suppliers or warehouses. Where applicable, customs duties, taxes or import charges may be payable by the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs checks or import procedures.

7. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Your rights may vary depending on whether your item is standard, personalised, customised, faulty or damaged.

For standard non-personalised products purchased online, UK consumers normally have the right to cancel up to 14 days after delivery, then a further 14 days to return the goods after telling us they wish to cancel. Refunds must usually be made within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and, where possible, in the original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Personalised, custom-made or made-to-order products may not be eligible for cancellation once production has started, unless they are faulty, damaged or not as described.

8. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us at sales@thelittlepaintsociety.co.uk as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Where an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, we will offer a suitable remedy, which may include a replacement, repair or refund depending on the circumstances.

9. Product use and safety

Our paint by numbers kits are intended for creative and recreational use.

Please use all products responsibly and follow any instructions provided. Products may contain small parts and may not be suitable for young children without adult supervision.

We are not responsible for damage, injury or loss caused by misuse of our products or failure to follow instructions.

10. Website use

You agree not to use our website:

for unlawful purposes;
to interfere with the security or operation of the website;
to upload harmful code, viruses or malicious content;
to copy, reproduce or exploit any part of the website without permission;
to provide false, misleading or fraudulent information.
